Join this legal workshop in which Bandar Shanneik, Senior Legal Consultant at Daburon & Partners Legal Consultants LLP, will answer these questions and give you a systematic approach to making a confident decision on the applicable laws and jurisdiction in commercial contracts in the UAE.
Bandar is a trilingual German lawyer who completed his Master of Law in International Business Law at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
The event will be an interactive presentation with practical examples and will focus on what really matters when drawing up or signing a commercial contract in the UAE. It is particularly of interest to companies and professionals dealing with both local and international clients.
